HYM combines traditional Yoga with fitness & functional movement along with an energizing and empowering 7 minutes of HIIT High Intensity Interval Training. This combination supports mobility & stability as well as offering Cardiovascular health benefits . Each class closes with deep stretches to support recovery and increase flexibility.

In keeping with MA social distancing guidelines for indoor classes, each student will occupy their own spacious personal pod for class. This clear pod provides safe barriers between all students and staff during class.
As per the latest mandate from the MA Governor’s office, all class participants are required to wear a mask throughout all classes.
