Membership Tiers & Corporate Pricing
Below are our standard membership tiers alongside a starting corporate rate (10% off), available once your company enrolls a minimum of 5 employees.

Choose Your Partnership Model
We offer three ways to structure this partnership. We’re happy to combine elements of more than one if that best fits your team.
Option 1 — Direct Corporate Rate
Windsoul bills your company directly on a monthly or annual basis for a set number of employee memberships at the corporate rate. Best for companies that want to fully cover this benefit and manage it centrally.
Option 2 — Employer Stipend / Reimbursement
Your company provides employees a monthly wellness stipend. Employees enroll and pay Windsoul directly at the corporate rate, then submit their receipt to your benefits team for reimbursement. Best for companies that want to offer choice without managing a direct contract.
Option 3 — On-Site or Scheduled Group Sessions
Rather than individual memberships, Windsoul brings a recurring class — yoga, guided breathwork, or a wellness workshop — to your office, or reserves a weekly time slot exclusively for your team at our facility. Priced as a flat recurring fee rather than per-person. Best for smaller teams or companies wanting a shared, scheduled wellness perk.
What’s Included in Every Corporate Partnership
- A dedicated onboarding session to welcome enrolled employees and walk them through Windsoul’s offerings
- Simple monthly or quarterly participation reporting for your HR/benefits team (anonymized, aggregate usage only)
- Flexible enrollment adjustments — employees can be added or removed as your team changes, with no long-term lock-in per employee
- Two guest passes per Get Zen member per month, ideal for team-building or spouse/partner visits
Terms & Next Steps
- Standard partnership term: 12 months, with quarterly enrollment adjustment windows
- Billing: monthly invoice to the company (Option 1) or standard member billing (Option 2)
- Minimum enrollment for corporate pricing: 5 employees
