Join us for a special Barre Above® workout! This totally unique approach to barre fuses the best of Pilates, yoga, aerobics, and elements of the strengthening exercises dancers do. This barre class delivers a results-driven workout that is not only fun and dynamic, but will improve your posture, flexibility, strength and balance. Barre will sculpt your body and get you into absolutely amazing shape!

This amazing training session combines muscle strengthening and endurance with cardio training to give you a great whole body workout!
This session has a weekly focus on isolated muscle groups on a progressive program for improved strength gains. Times circuits allow each individual to work and progress according to their own unique strength and endurance levels.
Please arrive a few minutes early to have your temperature taken and allow for any necessary equipment set-up.
This is a new and updated class replacing our former "Group Active" class.
Total Strength is a total-body, energizing, weight training experience. You will utilize a barbell, weight plates, dumbbells and your body to sculpt, strengthen and reshape your entire physique. Learn how to use your body and weights to perform real-life functional movements that you will apply to your everyday activities in this exciting new Windsoul class.
