This amazing training session combines muscle strengthening and endurance with cardio training to give you a great whole body workout!
This session has a weekly focus on isolated muscle groups on a progressive program for improved strength gains. Times circuits allow each individual to work and progress according to their own unique strength and endurance levels.

The first half of class delivers a fun, high-energy cycling workout featuring hills, intervals, sprints, and other cardio challenges designed to build fitness, endurance, and confidence.
For the second half of class, we’re off the bikes and focusing on mobility. Using a variety of techniques—including mobility drills, strength work, stretching, myofascial release, and others—we'll help you unstick the sticky places that can make everyday movement feel harder than it should.
Each class is a little different, drawing from a wide range of approaches to help you move well, feel better, and stay active for the activities you love both inside and outside the gym.

A spin class is a high-energy, instructor-led workout on stationary bikes, simulating outdoor cycling with hills (resistance), sprints (speed), and intervals, all set to loud, motivating music in a dimly lit studio to create an immersive, party-like atmosphere. You'll follow an instructor's cues for varied intensity, adding resistance (uphill climbs) and changing speeds, sometimes doing push-ups or jumps on the bike while pedaling to the beat, burning calories and building strength and endurance.
A towel, lots of energy and water are recommended!
Step and Strength brings you a total body cardio and strength training workout. Combining step, dumbbells, core-strengthening and stretch set to music that makes you want to move.

Yoga-lates is a hybrid class that integrates the core-strengthening principles of Pilates with the flexibility, balance, and breathwork of yoga. This low-impact, functional movement practice targets deep stabilizing muscles—especially the core, hips, and lower back—to improve postural alignment, muscular endurance, and joint mobility.

This class is suitable for all fitness levels, offering modifications and progressions to meet individual needs while promoting strength, stability, and overall functional movement. Light dumbbells, Versa Loop exercise bands and gliding discs will be utilized.
Zumba Toning is a high-energy dance fitness class that combines Latin-inspired dance with resistance training, using light 1-3 lb dumbbells to enhance muscle definition, coordination, and strength. It blends cardio with sculpting, focusing on toning arms, core, and lower body while burning fat.
Zumba Toning is designed for those who want to "party" but put extra emphasis on muscle sculpting, providing a more structured, resistance-focused alternative to standard Zumba.
