John discovered the path of personal training after his own experience working with a trainer. Once he began to see the improvements to his own physique, combined with the boost in his overall energy and confidence, he knew he want to share that experience with others. John decided to pursue a career path in fitness and has spent the past few years empowering his clients to discover their own strength and sense of well-being.
John believes that a well-balanced life of fitness, activity, hobbies and nutrition are crucial to not only create feelings of well-being, confidence and self assurance, but to maintain them over a lifetime. Guiding his clients through this process has continued to fuel his passion as a personal trainer. When you work with John, his enthusiasm is sure to motivate you to not only reach, but exceed your fitness and well-being goals.
John’s hobbies and activities include golf and soccer. He loves to hike, especially in the White Mountains, and enjoys mountain biking and running. John is also an avid photographer, a passion he has found more recently. He does his best to remain active for a good quality of life and is excited to guide his clients through their own plan of healthy living.
