Its going to be a fantastic day on Saturday for this special event!
Restrictions have lifted in MA and we are excited to welcome you into a super clean facility where masks are now optional for workouts and classes. This open house is the perfect opportunity to have a tour of our recently updated facility and let our team tell you about our many class and service offerings
The newly finished saunas are now open and locker rooms and showers are available for use. The saunas are such an amazing treat after a great workout or class.
Members are also able to come and enjoy our fitness floor without reservations to work out as long as they like. Our fitness area offers everything from rowers, bikes, treadmills and ellipticals to selectorized strength training machines and free weights. You are sure to find something that meets your workout needs!
Classes are open and in full swing, indoors and out! We’re adding new classes and events each month! You can enjoy varied styles of yoga, meditation, aerobic step, Tai Chi, strength training, barre, cardioboxing, Zumba and more!

There will be many tables outside on our grounds where you can meet our team, gather info and be entered into the many raffles we will have for free memberships, personal training, nutritional consultations, intuitive readings, Reiki sessions and other great prizes! You can also come inside to see the facility and explore all we have to offer!
