This well-balanced class places emphasis on proper physical alignment in a yoga posture through an understanding of your own unique anatomy. The instructor will guide you through a mindful flow of movement, at times including props, breath-work and meditative practices to increase focus, flexibility, mobility, strength and balance in the body. This class is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners, as postures will be offered at varying levels to accommodate all physical abilities.
