Kim has been a personal trainer and nutrition consultant since 2012 and has discovered three of the MOST important components to long term success: Mindset, Authenticity, Value.

Working together, the focus will be on natural and holistic based nutrition to support immunity, muscle repair/growth, weight management, joint support, proper hydration, low inflammatory living and overall improved quality of life, physically AND mentally.

We will work together to conquer any physical and strength goals through functional training; inclusive of
balance, strength, agility and neuromuscular connection.

This passion has evolved for Kim for over a decade. Propelled to heal herself after a system failed her, she decided to focus her time and trust inward rather than relying solely on conventional techniques and implemented her own:
Mindset: Decided to heal. To grow. To believe.
Authenticity: Recognized her shortcomings and excuses. Recognized her success and stuck to those
Value: Kim understood that no matter what was happening around her, health was superior to any circumstance and was her responsibility to maintain.  You can implement the same techniques to propel forward into your sustainable, life long journey to abundant wellness.

During her personal time, she enjoys the outdoors. From relaxing at the ocean, hiking, skiing, snowshoeing or taking her pug, Molly, on long walks! Kim can also be a couch potato!  Cooking and baking are so relaxing to her! She loves modifying and inventing delicious alternatives to conventional
and hyper processed meals.
