200-Hour Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor

Reiki Advanced Certified Practitioner

Barre Above Certified Instructor

Hannah began her yoga practice alongside her mom at age 15. She was an original member at Windsoul Studio and has grown up in the practice, integrating it into her life, and now living yoga on and off the mat. Hannah struggled with anxiety from a young age and found that yoga created the foundation for finding her own sense of calm and enabled her to discover her true self. Yoga became especially supportive in Hannah’s life when she first moved to college in 2015. It helped her to manage the difficult changes and struggles she felt with this life transition. The experience of being away at school ultimately opened her eyes to her passion for the study of mental health. Hannah obtained her B.S. in Psychology from Endicott College in 2019 and is currently working towards a Master’s in Education at UMass Lowell. In addition to working toward her Master’s Degree, Hannah obtained her 200 hour yoga teacher training at Windsoul Wellness Center in September of 2020. During this time she was even able to share her yoga teachings with other students at UMass Lowell to help them ease their anxieties during a stressful pandemic. In addition to her yoga training, Hannah was also certified as a Barre Above™ instructor in 2020 after taking hundreds of barre classes in college. She loves the duality of yoga and barre. Hannah will tell you that she believes that slowing down through yoga can help to ease anxiety and raising energy through barre and exercise can help to heal symptoms of depression. If you have taken her barre classes, then you know you can’t walk away from it feeling anything but happy and energized. Hannah is a bright, fun ray of sunshine who will lift your spirit as she helps you strengthen your body. Her favorite quote for barre classes: “why be moody when you can shake your booty!” Hannah is also trained in Reiki I & II and loves energy work. You can find her adjusting her own energy in class to change the energy of her participants, bringing it up with fun music and jokes in barre, and down with reiki and soothing music in her yoga classes. When you don’t find Hannah teaching, you’ll likely see here greeting you with joyful hello at the front desk here at Windsoul Wellness. In her free time, Hannah loves to learn and spend time with her family, especially her young niece, who she will most definitely be sharing her passion for yoga and exercise with. Hannah also loves to write and share lessons she’s learned on her social media accounts.
