Stress Management Coach
Rachel has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. She began her own fitness journey in a mom and baby class that she joined to get into shape after having two babies. After gaining strength and self-confidence and wanting to help others do the same, Rachel became certified as a group instructor in 2009 and a personal trainer in 2011. The most important thing that she’s learned about fitness is that it is only a small part of wellness. As a result, Rachel shifted her focus to wellness coaching in 2015 including stress management and healthy habits in her training programs. Rachel takes a holistic approach to fitness training and strongly believes that wellness looks different to each individual and health comes in all shapes and sizes. Rachel joined Windsoul in 2019 and yoga quickly became her favorite stress management tool. Rachel is excited to be able to bring her fitness background to the team at Windsoul.
