As you walk through the doors of Windsoul Wellness then you may be lucky enough to be greeted by Lizz Arigo’s smiling face at our front desk. Lizz brings a fun and feisty energy to our team and anyone on our staff could tell you that an afternoon working alongside Lizz means that you’re in for an afternoon of laughter. She surely brings that fun and uplifting energy into her interactions with our members where she strives to motivate and inspire others about how good they can feel from living a healthy, balanced and active lifestyle.
Lizz began her journey with fitness and healthy living at the young age of 14 when a medical condition required her to focus on her health and wellbeing. She was able to work with personal trainers who taught her a great deal about safe movement, strength building, flexibility and the importance of healthy living. These practices became a drive and lifestyle for Lizz that has stayed with her to this day.
After her first child, Lizz decided to continue her passion for fitness by beginning a training regime working toward fitness and figure competitions. As she became a mother of two, she decided it was time instead to turn her years of knowledge with strength training and fitness into a career that she could share with others. Lizz certified as a Personal Trainer and Glute Specialist through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). She is also actively completing a second Personal Training certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
