Yoga has been a part of Lindsay’s life for over 10 years. What started as a physical practice quickly evolved into a journey of overall well-being for body, mind and soul. As a busy mom of three, loving wife, and selfless giver, she often struggled to find balance and realized she was putting her own happiness and health last. With yoga and meditation she discovered self-compassion and started living with more ease and less anxiety. She feels deeply called to share that gift with others.
Lindsay completed her 200 hour certification with Gail Lachs at Windsoul Studio. She loves being both a teacher as well as a student of yoga, forever committed to learn and grow.
Lindsay’s classes have been described as refreshing, genuine, and heart-centered. She creates a warm and welcoming space for students to come, to practice, and to be themselves. She encourages students to remember that they are their own best teachers and it’s through self-inquiry and loving-kindness towards ourselves that peace and happiness will grow and expand out into the world.
