Jill’s passion for healthy living developed during high school when she began noticing the profound impact that nutrition and physical activity had on the way she felt. She became passionate about nutrition which has encouraged her to learn more about how the connectivity between nutrition, physical activity and mindfulness can dictate an individual’s quality of life. She is educated and passionate about the benefits that living a healthy, holistic lifestyle can have on one’s career, relationships, and mental and physical health. Learning to adopt a healthier lifestyle changed her life and motivated her to inspire others.
Jill completed her degree in Nutrition and Wellness at the University of New Hampshire. She is also a certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She continues to deepen her understanding and expertise in the health and wellness field through books and research outside of a classroom setting. Jill is eager to put her knowledge into working with others to help them achieve their own health and wellness goals. She is excited to support individuals as they gain control of their own habits and lifestyle.
Sessions with Jill will have a strong focus on personal development. To master healthy living, she believes that nourishing your mind is just as important as nourishing your body. In health and wellness, there is no one size fits all. Individuals who work with Jill will discuss their own specific challenges and work to identify the root cause. Clients will be supported as they build and implement new habits that will allow them to leave behind the challenges that were keeping them from experiencing vibrant health and happiness.
